DiscoveryCam Plus - The ultimate in patient education, performance and staff convenience, and versatility.

This Intraoral Camera package is the perfect solution to an operatory that does not have a computer. This package allows Intraoral Camera images to be captured, and then stored onto an SD card in the side of the SD Bay Station. The images can then be taken to a photo printer to be printed (photo printer must accept the SD card), or your practices only computer to be viewed. This package is the same as Package 2, but with a Wired Intraoral Camera. There are advantages and disadvantages to having a Wired and Wireless camera.

The intraoral camera is the best patient treatment plan acceptance sales tool in any dental practice. The process starts with your patient's first visit as the Hygienist tours the mouth while the patient watches, listens and learns. By the time the doctor walks in and starts the examination, the patient is already knowledgeable and ready to discuss treatment options, time tables and costs. As long as the patient is comfortable with the staff and is offered convenient payment options if needed, the process can begin very smoothly, much more so than if the patient has to hold a mirrior while the doctor holds one inside the mouth while trying to describe what is going on.

In short, a picture is worth a thousand (and sometimes much more!) dollars.
