I see Video Dental Concepts at all the major trade shows. Over time I’ve bought sensors, intraoral cameras, and even a portable x-ray unit from Claude. One of the sensors developed a spot in the image. The next day I received a loaner while the sensor was checked at the factory and replaced, all at no charge. Great service. Highly recommended.

Remote Installation Is Much Easier Than It Sounds

Remote installation is much easier than it sounds. Video Dental’s technician remotes directly into our computer system and walks me through the installation. We don’t finish until I’m totally satisfied with the images. And with how they’re stored in our Eaglesoft software.

Try Before You Buy with Dexis

QuickRay and QuickCam with MacPractice

Having been a dedicated Mac user since 1992 beginning with DentalMac and more recently MacPractice, I really did not want to employ two operating systems with “bridges” to Windows programs. Those were some pretty lean years for Mac users with little peripheral digital technology offered for our operating system and the vast majority of 3rd party x-ray, charting, and imaging suppliers completely ignoring the small Mac user market. The wait for me has been rewarded. Obviously, the Mac world is now robust with user friendly high quality computers and mobile devices, all synched and ready for business. The integration of both QuickRay dental sensors and the QuickCam intraoral camera from VideoDental provide a seamless and versatile integration into MacPractice will excellent image controls, resolution, and quick easy retrieval at very competitive pricing. I have found that the company is easy to reach and tech support both responsive and interested in the client. Video Dental products has been a good match for my office system and feel they deserve careful consideration when looking for similar products.

QuickRay Dental Sensor with MacPractice

When I was looking for dental sensors to integrate with my MacPractice software, I wanted a macintosh native solution. I did not want the complexity & issues of dealing with Windows. After looking at all of the sensors that would run on Mac’s I selected the sensors from Video Dental Concepts. The quality of the images were great. They cost was less than any of the brands. And, installation was a breeze with their tech support doing a screen share to install and fine tune the software. The software that came with the sensors is totally transparent. It works so well that you do not even know it’s there. The sensors themselves are very comfortable in the mouth. I am very happy with the sensors. You will find good people to work with at Video Dental Concepts. I highly recommend them!

QuickRay Dental Sensor Replaced Schick CDR

After spending several weeks with the QuickRay dental sensor, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the digital radiographic image of the sensor. I have been using the Schick CDR Elite sensor and have seen demos of both the Schick 33 and the Dexis sensor. The images take by the Quickray sensor are definitely of diagnostic quality and on par with the sensors mentioned above when both sensor and software has been calibrated appropriately. The Quickray sensor is definitely a digital sensor that one must consider given the image quality and price value. I would without doubt recommend the Quickray digital sensor to any dentist.

QuickRay Dental Sensor – Great Improvement

Video Dental Concepts has been a great help to me when I needed to replace some old x-ray sensors. I’ve been using digital x-ray for about 12 years so the new QuickRay USB dental sensor was a great improvement and was reasonably priced. Sales, delivery and service were all great and Lisa is an experienced rep with answers to all my questions. Video Dental is highly recommended for any new equipment or for upgrading old systems.
