Service Description

Did you replace a computer and now you can't capture images from our hardware? Do you use our imaging software and need a license transferred to a new workstation? Let one of our technicians help over the phone while remotely connected to the computers so they can restore vision on in your clinical workflow once again! This includes as many problems that our technician can reasonable fix on as many computers that they can access within a 30 minute period. On average, they can address issues on about two computers every 30 minutes. If additional time is required please schedule an another appointment upon completing this service.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 late-change fee.
