Shipping Policy
At Video Dental, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure that the product is unused and in its original packaging with all the tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange as per your request. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and are customer's responsibility on any returned goods. NO RETURNS on activated software or special order items. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Goods received without an RMA # will be refused. Goods must be in new condition and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included. Missing items will be charged to customer's account.

For item(s) returned past 30 days (not to exceed 60 days) a 10% restocking fee
will be deducted as well as the shipping/handling and processing fees. If in-office training and/or support was performed, a minimum of $1,200 (per visit) will be retained as services have been rendered.

No returns accepted after 60 days unless otherwise approved (determined on a case by case basis). Approved returns past 60 days will be in the form of an in-store credit valid for one year.
